Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

By electronically signing below, you acknowledge and agree that your use of the facilities, services, and equipment provided by The Buck 25 Roadhouse involves inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, injury, or loss. You voluntarily assume all risks, whether foreseeable or not, associated with your personal use of the golf simulator, equipment, and activities conducted on the premises.

1. Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being granted access to the facility, you hereby release, waive, and discharge The Buck 25 Roadhouse, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to your use of the golf simulator equipment and facility, including but not limited to injury, damage, or loss incurred by you. This release applies to liability caused by negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Use of Facility and Equipment

You agree to use the golf simulator equipment in accordance with all posted guidelines, instructions, and rules. You accept full responsibility for any damage caused by negligence or misuse.

3. Medical Conditions and Emergency Care

You confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating. You authorize The Buck 25 Roadhouse to seek medical attention on your behalf in the event of an emergency and assume all associated costs.

4. Minors

If signing on behalf of a minor, you affirm that you are the minor’s legal guardian and accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation and the terms outlined in this agreement.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Buck 25 Roadhouse from any damages, claims, or costs arising from your actions or participation in the facility.

6. Photography and Media Release (Optional)

You consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during your participation for promotional purposes without compensation. You may opt out by contacting us directly.

7. Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Idaho.
